    Yes, All our pieces are food safe! , We are regulated by the FDA, California Prop65 and the Mexican Secretary of Health.

     

    • Where are you located?

    We are located in Guanajuato, Mexico where we have an exhibition and sales workshop. We do ship to Mexico and contiguous states in USA. All your pieces guarantee

    • Can I put the ceramics in the dishswasher?

    Yes, although it is not for heavy use. The pieces can also be used in dishwasher and microwave.

     

    • Can I personalize a piece with names?

    Yes, just consider that the space is small.

    For example, we could put "Maria and Juan" "Mar/01/2020".

    We usually put the names in the space between the center drawing and the border.

     

    • Can I receive gift wrapping?

    Our packaging is for heavy-duty use and international shipping. The box is reinforced, labeled with delicate product information, and it is very safe to receive your products in perfect condition.

     

    • What are your shipping details?

    We ship all pieces via FedEx Ground with a standard delivery time of 21 to 28 days. Shipments are consolidated for optimized delivery. All pieces are made to order and shipped from Guanajuato, Mexico. Tracking numbers will be emailed a few days after shipment.

     

    • What are your lead times?

    Depends of the delivery location:

    • Usa Shipments. Its takes between 21 to 28 business days. We make consolidated shipments every 15 days.
    • Mexico Shipments. its takes between 7 to 14 days.
    • Other International Shipments. about 25 to 30 days, depends of destiny.

    The reason is that most of our pieces are made to order, and we ship directly from our workshop in Guanajuato, Mexico.

    Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. In order to provide a quote, we need to know the quantity of pieces you wish to purchase.
