Politique d'expédition
**Shipping Method:**
All pieces are shipped via FedEx Ground. Our standard delivery time is between 15 to 21 days from the date you place your order. We consolidate shipments to optimize delivery.
**Delivery Details:**
Please note that all pieces are made to order and shipped from Guanajuato, Mexico. Occasionally, there may be delays with FedEx or customs brokers. Our office will email you the tracking numbers a few days after your shipment. You can track your shipment on the FedEx website once it has crossed the border, typically 4 to 5 days after the boxes are collected.
**In Case of a Broken Piece:**
Our damage rate is less than 1%. All pieces are insured. If you receive a damaged piece, you have 5 days to file a claim with us.
To file a claim, please:
1. Take a picture of the damaged piece(s) and the box showing the FedEx label.
2. Include a photo of the inside of the box and any damage to the box itself.

Unfortunately, we cannot process claims without these photos. We will work with FedEx to handle the claim.
**Replacement Policy:**
- For damaged pieces valued over $50.00 USD, you will receive a replacement piece or a credit via PayPal.
- For damaged pieces valued at $50.00 USD or less, you can receive a credit via PayPal or apply the amount as a credit toward your next order.
