Cancellation, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Custom Orders:
Any custom piece is final sale, and no cancellation is available.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our production process, where most pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped, a refund of 80% of the total order value will be issued. Refunds are processed through PayPal, and the requester is responsible for PayPal transaction fees.

Refund Policy:
All our pieces are handmade by specialized craftsmen, which means the final product might have slight variations in tone, color, and size.

You have 5 days after receiving your order to file a claim for a broken or damaged piece. Please email us or send a message via WhatsApp with the required details. All pieces are insured for their full value.

In Case of a Broken Piece:
Our damage rate is less than 1%. However, if you receive a damaged piece, you have 5 days to submit a claim.

To file a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a picture of the damaged piece(s) and the box showing the FedEx label.
  2. Include a photo of the inside of the box and any damage to the box itself.

Send these photos to gorkyglz@gmail.com and copy office@gorkypottery.com. Unfortunately, claims cannot be processed without this photographic evidence. We will handle the claim directly with FedEx.

Replacement Policy:

  • For damaged pieces valued over $50.00 USD, you may choose to receive either a replacement piece or a refund/credit via PayPal.
  • For damaged pieces valued at $50.00 USD or less, you may choose to receive a refund/credit via PayPal or apply the amount as a credit toward your next order.
