Get customer service, packed well and arrived when stated. I love the pattern on my tray. I had a chance a few years ago to visit their factory en Guanajuato and got a complete tour.
We ordered a five piece place setting for eight plus multiple bowls and miscellaneous pieces. Workmanship was flawless and shipping to the States was prompt and packing perfect. Could not be more pleased. Oscar and Jackie
I am SOOOOOOO pleased with my collection of six new donkey dinner plates. They are beautiful, fun, and already treasured. I use a different one every night and add the Fiesta donkey plate in the rotation. No waiting for dinner guests to use. The colors, artistry and beauty make cooking worthwhile. I received courteous and friendly daily updates on status before receiving quickly and perfectly packed. Thank you, Gorky Gonzalez and crew!
I purchased some pottery as a birthday gift for my wife- I bought salt and pepper shakers, they are beautiful and she absolutely loves them. 100% worth the money to see the surprise on her face and how much she lit up at how beautiful they are.
Visited the Gorky Gonzales studio in about 1999, and loved it. Bought several pieces, and ate off Gonzales dishes in the family’s restaurant across the street. This time, purchased cat salt/pepper shakers for my cousin’s 20th wedding anniversary. She was with me in 1999. The cats were nicely packaged and arrived when expected. My cousin is delighted! Thanks. Would like to visit again someday. (My own favorite is my little frog cream pitcher.)
