All pieces are shipped by Fedex ground.
Our standard delivery time is from 15 to 21 days after you place your order. We made consolidated shipments
Please keep in mind that all the pieces are shipped from Guanajuato Mexico and sometimes Fedex and the custom brokers has delays.
Shipments hurry have apply plus cost.

What to do in case of broken piece.
Our average of damage pieces is less than 1%
All the pieces are insured, you have 5 days after receiving the piece(s) to put claim.
Please take a picture of the piece(s) and the box where it shows the Fedex label send them to us to email@example.com and copy to firstname.lastname@example.org (unfortunately we are not able to process any claim with out this photos)
We will work with Fedex to put the claim.
Our replacement policy.
If the value of the broken piece(s) is bigger than $50.00 usd. You will receive a replacement piece or credit by Paypal.
If the value of the broken piece(s) is less or equal of $50.00 usd we can send the amount by Paypal or you can leave the credit for your next order.
